The Crystal Room
Do you have a workshop or event in mind and need a quality, enjoyable space to host?
The Crystal Room is located at the back of Happy Soul at our 961 Bloor St. W., Toronto
This space is 24’ x 17’ and comfortably holds 25 people. We have chairs for 30 and can provide some tables, and a white board.
The Crystal Room is a versatile event space designed to host a variety of gatherings, from workshops to group readings. The room is spacious and well-lit with high ceilings, with a bright, positive and relaxed atmosphere. We have tables and chairs ready for use, and are staff are happy to work with you to meet your required needs to ensure a comfortable and productive environment to work in.
* Please note that this room is located on the ground floor of our store and IS wheelchair accessible, however the washroom is located on the lower level and is NOT wheelchair accessible, it is only accessible by stairs.
The Crystal Room - Event Space at 961 Bloor St West
Readers Rooms
Both of Happy Soul's store locations have intimate, cozy and peaceful readers room for rent!
At 961 Bloor St West the room is located on the lower level, and at 514 Queen St. West on the main floor. The Bloor location's room is 13’ by 13’ and at Queen, it is slightly smaller. Both have a desk, chair and accent table and are perfect for doing card readings and other consultations.
* Please note that the readers room as well as washroom at 961 Bloor St West is located on the ground floor of our store and is NOT wheelchair accessible. However, both the readers room and washroom at 514 Queen St West is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible.

Pricing
$35/hour hourly rental fee per room
*Please note that there is a 2 hour minimum booking time - ensure booking time to includes setup and tear down duration.
Payment is due upon booking and can be made by e-transfer to happysoulinfo@gmail.com
For an additional fee, we will assist in promoting your event by listing it on our website and sharing it with our customer email list and social media
*Please note that we do have a 48 hour advance cancellation fee of $35

Happy Soul will also provide:
- Internet access
- Staff that will greet clients and assist as needed
- Table and chairs, set up and tear down assistance
* Happy Soul is not licensed by the City of Toronto as a Holistic Centre, thus does not offer holistic services.
Happy Soul offers workshops and sessions which may fall under the categories of education, self-development, guidance and recreation, which is consistent with Happy Soul’s brand.
